10 The occurrence of all road traffic incidents involving WHO vehicles must be reported immediately to the Transport Focal Point. 

20 It is the responsibility of the driver to report road traffic crashes to the Transport Focal Point. In a situation where the driver is incapacitated and/or unable to report the road traffic crash, any WHO personnel or passenger is responsible for reporting.

30 The Transport Focal Point must provide a preliminary report of all incidents and road traffic crashes resulting in death or injury of passengers or third parties or material damage to HWO, DAF and SHW/RSP within 24 hours of occurrence.

40 A full report of all incidents and road traffic crashes resulting in death or injury of passengers or third parties or material damage to HWO, DAF and SHW/RSP must be submitted within 14 days once all relevant material is gathered.

50 All Road Traffic Incidents must be recorded in the Fleet Management System by the Transport Focal Point.
